PGCTV reporter Rochelle Metzger tracked down Prince George’s County Executive Rushern Baker this morning, and asked him about Councilman Mel Franklin’s recent DUI arrest. His response:

Mr Baker then went on to say that the county needs to evaluate policy.

So CE Baker, the man who wants to be Maryland’s next governor, believes that driving drunk, totaling two vehicles, sending a couple to the hospital, and fleeing the scene all equal nothing more than a blip. Wow.
