My 10 yr old son had this to say:
The American People were like the frog. And the government was like the hands on the oven. For years the People were falling asleep in the water while the government was turning up the heat slowly. Then Obama became President, and he turned the heat up on the oven super fast. That made the frog, the American People, wake up and jump out of the water. America was asleep… Like we were sleeping while the burglar, the government was raiding the house – stealing our Freedoms. Obama came in, and wasn’t so quiet about it, he made loud noises. It woke America up. Now that’s why people are protesting the government and Obama.
The kid has smarts. 😉
