Yea… Technically this is the start of Day 5… but my brain was a tad fried after all the information I had thrown at me yesterday. Yes. We put out an offer on the only house we saw on Day 1 that we liked, and really it’s the only house we’ve seen that we liked. For the price, it’s a great size, and it has that extra room we need for our home school.
The short version, our offer was accepted. We’re headed back out there today with an inspector to be sure there is nothing funky going on with the house. I plan on taking tons of pictures then! And then, in just a few short weeks we will close and be homeowners!
And yes, I have been warned that yesterday’s Mount Paperwork was really just a tiny hill compared to what we have ahead of us on closing day.
I’m so excited and nervous and excited all at the same time! Watch for photos later tonight. *S*
