So…. In the category of “No one told me THAT!” Guess what? Homeschool has just about taken over my life. My word! I have a new-found respect for teachers (Hi debiH!). Seriously… this homeschool stuff? has totally taken over my life! Prepare, teach, prepare, teach. That’s all I do these days.
Meanwhile, my house is closing in around me. I feel the clutter creeping in on all sides. It really bothers me. To the point that I’m ready to toss everything and start fresh. Plus, we are moving! In six months, everything will need to be picked up and moved out. I can’t tell you how tempted I am to leave most of it here. Also, I haven’t *seen* my husband in about three weeks. He wakes up and takes the younger kids out of the way so my oldest son and I can do “school.” then by the time we finish “school”, DH is headed to work. I’m so tired at the end of the day, even though I don’t sleep well without him home, I wind up crashed before he’s get home from work.
There has got to be a happy medium! There has got to be a way to do School, and keep up with the house. There has got to be a way to be a teacher, a mother, a maid, and a wife. There has got to be a way to find some *me* time in all this so I can get back to what I love, blogging and scrapping.
*sigh*
