So…. let me get this straight… The EPA can’t get it’s “green” items through Congress. So they give “grants” to lefty Enviro-nut groups, who then turn around and use the “grant” money to sue to EPA. The suit is then settled, but as part of the settlement, the EPA has to enforce the rules that Congress wouldn’t authorize. Wha? So… Wrong. Just wrong.
