I spent the last weekend at my mom’s house. (hence the no blogging thing) We worked our rear ends… well, I’d like to say off, but nope, my sizable tush is still here… *sigh* Anyway! We worked hard. We get the Clean Sweep Award for sure. We completely cleaned out the clutter from one room, and got about halfway through a second room, in just two days. It was awesome to see the transformation in the room (nope, no pictures. Bad Scrapper! I completely didn’t think about it until I was driving home a few days after the fact. oh well!) I got to play Peter Walsh to Mom’s homeowner as we sifted through everything.
Then Mom played hooky from work and we took the kids to the mall. Have ya’ll ever seen these Reactrix screens? this thing was cool! Much like the dog in this video, but with three kids instead. Awesome!

After wearing the kids out on the Reactrix screen, we took them over the Bible Bookstore where we found the latest Veggie Tales DVD, Moe and the Big Exit. Since we are fans of the big green cucumber, we just had to pick it up. Got some Ice cream and took the kids back to Mom’s to watch the DVD. It was sooo funny!
It was a good weekend at Mom’s. But I am so glad to be home.
