Kat's Arbitrary Thought Processes

She passed with flying colors! just a few more short weeks, and this baby is ours! *S*

Seriously… I must publicly applaud my kids. They have been stellar throughout this ordeal. For example, yesterday in the meetings with the Mortgage guy and the Realtor, they were sooo quiet, you almost didn’t know they were there. And today, My 6 year old played the part of babysitter. While Mom chilled with the realtors, making sure all was kosher, and Dad shadowed the Inspector, learning more about the house, our 6 year old Ds played the part of babysitter to two very tired, hungry and sometimes cranky little siblings. The 6 year old kept his brother and sister occupied in on of the bedrooms, they played with their cameras, they watched the movie Cars, and they had fun. He is so getting paid for that. honestly. We’re giving him extra money to spend at Toys R Us tomorrow.

Our agent kept asking us if we were excited. I guess it’s cuz we really didn’t show much enthusiasm… I mean, what were we supposed to do, a couple of backflips? Heck yea, we’re excited! It’s just that there is still so much to do to get us ready to move in. DH tells me I show more excitement through my writings here then I do in person. I guess that’s true. but DUDE! We are buying a house!

I think part of me is in shock still that this has happened as fast as it has. Really, God’s Hand is in it all, and the fact that this is all going so smoothly seems to me to say that this is it. This is the place where He wants us to be. There are just so many circumstances surrounding how we found the home that seem to prove God’s hand in it all.

Dude… We’re buying a house! WOOHOOO!
