Scrapping is theraputic.. even if it’s not my photos! *S* Case in point, I threw this one together for the Terza Inspirazione (Italian for “Three Inspirations”) at SOTB this morning. I used MEK & Krew’s Calendar kit, and photos supplied by Jennifer Maceyunas of her dog Baxter’s first snow. this is an 8.5 x11… I sized the calendar blocks down to fit.
I used one of Jennifer’s photos for the background, softened to allow the calendar to stand out. I used the head from one of Baxter’s photos to make the “stickers” for the dog’s birthdays. I used a Watercolor PSP script to give them a sticker feel. The girl is an old sticker I had scanned in year ago. It was on a sheet with others called Little Blessings. I used the same PSP script on it to give it the same feel as the others.
Ahhhh…. I’ve got lots going on right now.. that’s why I’ve been such a quiet blogger… I’ve plenty of posts waiting to be written…. just trying to find a few minutes to write…. but Ahhh…. the joy of a well scrapped page. *S* Let me just savor that for a moment as I sip my hot chocolate.
