I was warned this would happen eventually. Sarah’s Simple Abundance writing has collided head first with FLYlady & Kelly. *S*
This year, Kelly, FLYlady’s right hand, challenged each of us to start a Gratitude Journal. At the end of each day, we are to write down 5 things we are thankful for that happened that day. I’ve been using my blog to do that. *S* Sarah Promises that after two months of giving thanks each day, you will not be the same person.
There is a song by Henry Smith that I love to sing in church along this line:
Give thanks with a grateful heart,
Give thanks unto the Holy One,
Give thanks because He’s given Jesus Christ, His Son.
And now let the weak say, “I am strong,”
Let the poor say, “I am rich,
Because of what the Lord has done for us.”
