Do I know you?

Today’s SA reading (January 5 – I’m still behind hoping to catch up soon) basically says that if we don’t recognize ourselves, we need to listen for the whispers of who it is we are meant to be. *S* Reminds me of Pam Young and her Inner Brat. I know, on the surface, the brat seems so much different from Sarah’s Authentic Self… Sarah’s Authentic Self seems to be this deep thoguhtful woman, secure in her world, and happy with where she is. Meanwhile Pam’s Brat is a whiner, a complainer, and a general all around kid. *S*
But honestly, I’m no sure there is such a difference. Sarah mentions that her Authentic self was telling her stuff like wear red, study art in Paris, learn to dance. All things that I’m sure a kid, or at least a teenager, would love to do. Sarah mentions that her Authentic self was “waiting patiently” to be discovered… Meanwhile, Pam’s Brat was making her voice heard loud and clear, all while “hiding” until Pam “caught” her.
Frankly I love the thought of an inner “Brat” better than an “Authentic Self” but that may be cuz I’m generally a kid at heart. *S* But if you want to check out your brat, go to www.thebratfactor.com and check Pam’s Brat Island. *S* On the other hand, if you want to check out Sarah’s Simple Abundance, go to www.simpleabundance.com/. Get to know your inner self, whether she be authentic or a brat! Enjoy!
