Why do clothing manufacturers think that all kids are hefty? My kids are on the small side, my dd is especially small for her age… It’s impossible to find pants that are both long enough in the leg, and small enough in the waist! I’m just frustrated to high heaven…. Spent the better part of my Saturday scouring the local stores for a belt small enough, suspenders, or overalls. Even got my mom involved as she checked out the stores near her…. Seems I have found the pair of girls overalls in the county, and there just aren’t suspenders at all, or belts small enough for my little one in the stores near me. We’re going to try using a scarf as a belt. If it doesn’t work, I will have to break out the sewing machine and figure out how to use the dang thing. When oh when am I gonna fit seamstress into my life? Here’s hoping the scarves do the trick!
