Recently, I was challenged by one of my friends to list my blessings. Wow. I have so many. I’m blessed by a wonderful dh who at this moment is occuping the kids so I can type. He’s so supportive and strong…. 3 beautiful kids… DS is 5 already. My daughter will be 3 in march, and the baby will one year old in just a few more days! So hard to believe the time has flown that fast! I have family nearby, and my parents who are very invovled in my kids lives.
I have a great group of woman who help me with my Scrapbook design business. I have another great group of woman who live locally who help me with my FLYing. And I have the greatest group of woman who help me run Angel Babies.
Without the help of Deena, Kim G., Kim D., Mama Jo, Terry, and Karen (who works so hard to maintain our Memorial Walls), I woulnd’t be able to keep Angel Babies open. These wonderful women have taken so much of the stress of running a support group as big as this off my shoulders. Their help has allowed me to have the time to raise my kids and pursue my Graphic Design career. Without them, ABFL simply wouldn’t exsist.
My pastor once said, “There are no volunteers, each one[person] is called. If a person volunteers, and thats all it is, when the tough times come, they are outta there. If they stick it out, its a calling.” These women have been with ABFL for so long. Helping others is definatly a calling for each of them. And I am very blessed to know each of them.
