1. Antibiotics – I prolly spelled it wrong.. but oh well… you get the point. it’s always good to have meds like that around when you need them.
2. Drug Information Sheets – very helpful when you need to evaluate your 1yr old for possible signs of allergy to the aforementioned antibiotic.
3. Dr.Mom – or in this case, Dr. Gramma. I love my mom dearly. True, she is a high school dropout (she does have a GED though!) but she knows more about medicine and kids then most people, and best of all, she has a heaping helping of common sense. Thankfully her grasp of medical stuff and down to earth common sense seemed to have been passed down to me…. but it’s always nice to know that Dr. Mom is never than a phone call away, anytime of the day or night.
4. the neighborhood nurse – who I spoke to just after I called my mom. She confirmed our diagnoses… the 1 year old is most likely allergic to his meds. It’s always great to have a medical person living in the neighborhood!
5. Aleve – hopefully my arthritis pain will be dulled enough to allow me to sleep. and heck! since the stuff always makes me drowsy, maybe I’ll get to sleep b4 3 am tonight! I can hope right? *S*
