All right, no surprise here, folks. “A federal judge in Chicago has refused to issue a subpoena for President Barack Obama to testify at former Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich’s political corruption trial. The judge, James Zagel, ruled that lawyers for Blagojevich had not produced sufficient evidence that Obama would have anything material to say on the witness stand.” That’s probably true, no matter what the subject. But still, it’s a sad day for Blago. This isn’t going to end well for him. He’s up against the regime. He’s got not a prayer.
