Carly Smithson:<\/strong>\u00a0 Um.\u00a0 Empire waist makes everyone look pregnant.\u00a0 I’d love to hear the stories behind her tattoos.\u00a0 She is rockin’ this song.\u00a0 She crushes on Heart.\u00a0 Randy says the beginning was rough, and tries to give some actually constructive criticism.\u00a0 Paula is all kittens and sunshine, and glad to see Carly healthy.\u00a0 Simon says it was better than last week, but possible not the right song.\u00a0 He thinks she is the best vocalist, just needs to find “the Song.”\u00a0 Carly is gracious about it all, but insistent that it was her favorite song of all.<\/p>\n Syesha Mercado:<\/strong> I don’t like slow songs, they suck the energy out of a show.\u00a0 BUT.\u00a0 This girl is rockin’ “Me & Mr. Jones” ( she obviously changed the lyric a bit).\u00a0 Randy didn’t like it cuz she didn’t have a “belt it out song”, advising her to pick stuff that will let her use what she got, gu-url!\u00a0 Paula agrees with Randy, but then says she liked it.\u00a0 Simon hates it cuz it was written for a guy.\u00a0 Whatever, this girl is through to the next round.\u00a0 She can sing.<\/p>\n Brooke White:<\/strong> You know, beauticians often have the worst hair.\u00a0 IT does look way better on stage then it did in the video.\u00a0 I don’t like her voice when it reaching too low…\u00a0 That said, she seems to be in her element with the guitar in her lap.\u00a0 Simon is heard in the background claiming she was looking at him while singing.\u00a0 *S*\u00a0 he he he.\u00a0 Randy jokes about the Simon comment, and Paula agrees with him (big surprise!) and says it was a great song for her.\u00a0 Simon says he loved it.\u00a0 Surprising to me, I didn’t feel it as strong as they did.\u00a0 But she’s looking way better then she did last week.\u00a0 Obviously she was one of the sickies last week who has recovered nicely.<\/p>\n Ramiele gets the pimp spot.\u00a0 Talks about her tears at the elimination, apparently 2 of the 4 man crew got the boot.<\/p>\n Ramiele Malubay:<\/strong> She’s got the voice, she needs to learn to work the stage.\u00a0 She can hula, she really ought to incorporate that…\u00a0 at least she’d be moving.\u00a0 Randy says it was just OK, and not the right song, “just really ok.\u00a0 Keepin’ it real!”\u00a0 Paula agreed with Randy, and seems to be having trouble speaking.\u00a0 But she does praise the vocals.\u00a0 Simon agrees with Paula, and says last week was better. This week forgettable.\u00a0 He gets pissy with the crowd, and says it wasn’t her best.\u00a0 Girlfirend admits to being concered about the nickname “Lullabye” if she sings ballads.<\/p>\n Seacrest pimps the website, telling peeps to go there “for all your Randy Jackson Translations.” Yo Dawg, keepin’ it real wi’ my peepz and all.\u00a0 *S*<\/p>\n Kristy Lee Cook:<\/strong> She looks smoking hot this week.\u00a0 Ouch!\u00a0 Her voice just, I don’t know, cracked?\u00a0 Disappeared?\u00a0 Something, right at the big part of the song.\u00a0 Randy says it was better then last week, and in tune, and a good song, she needs to work on higher range, but it was good.\u00a0 Paula agrees with Randy.\u00a0 Simon say this was way better then last week, and she has potential.\u00a0 She was over medicated last week.\u00a0 Cops to being a country girl, like Simon said, and is begging America to give her a chance to prove it next week.<\/p>\n Amanda Overmyer:<\/strong> She’ll be singing classic rock.\u00a0 big surprise.\u00a0 She is no Daughtry.\u00a0 Whoever did her pants also did her hair apparently.\u00a0 Her lip curls like she’s trying to be Elvis.\u00a0 She’s really exposed on this song.\u00a0 Her dancing looks like a spasdic drunk, or the guy from AcDc that I can’t stand to watch.\u00a0 Sadly, she sounds best when she’s screaming.\u00a0 Her voice will not last.\u00a0 Randy agrees with me.\u00a0 Says it so was not right.\u00a0 Paula says she can dance.\u00a0 I’m worried for Paula’s sanity at this point.\u00a0 Uhoh! said it wasn’t a good song for her.\u00a0 Paula disagreed!\u00a0 Stop the presses!!\u00a0 Simon says her grandmother prepared her for this, because she was “current” enough.\u00a0 But he calls her one of the “dark horses” in the competition.\u00a0 OH!!\u00a0 Simon digs on Seacreest, claiming fashion is indeed his thing.\u00a0 Calling him out are you Simon?\u00a0 Seacrest says not “female fashion,” and then smacks back with Simon’s monotonous wardrobe.<\/p>\n Alexandrea Lushington:<\/strong>\u00a0 She sang at Ground Zero.\u00a0 Wow.\u00a0 Ok…\u00a0 I so can’t her at the beginning of this song. \u00a0 No.\u00a0 this just doesn’t feel right.\u00a0 She may well be gone after tonight.\u00a0 The look on her face says she knows it went badly.\u00a0 She even says, “it’s over”.\u00a0 Dude.\u00a0 Randy says she’s one of his favs… I think they are all his “favs”.\u00a0 Paula has trouble finishing sentences again, and says she liked the fresh arrangement.\u00a0 Simon says she’s struggling.\u00a0 Simon says she was inconsistent.\u00a0 Her Daddy didn’t look too happy.<\/p>\n Kady Malloy:<\/strong>\u00a0 She can sing opera.\u00a0 She seemed a bit shaky vocally on the stairs, but then again, you try walking down stairs in those heels without looking down…\u00a0 yea.\u00a0 didn’t think so.\u00a0 I think it was rough at the start and got better at the end.\u00a0 Randy said it was an interesting song, and that she never found the right pitch.\u00a0 Paula says she sounds great when she powered the note, but the lower end was week.\u00a0 Paula says she doesn’t know what kind of artist she is yet.\u00a0 Simon agrees, and says she tried to impersonate Xtina with the vocals from the back of throat.\u00a0 He said her packages are great!\u00a0 the Impressions (Britney, Cher) are dead on, the opera was fun…\u00a0 but on stage, she doesn’t seem to know who Kady Malloy is.\u00a0 Seacrest is kinda hot for the Britney voice.<\/p>\n Asia’h Epperson:<\/strong> Former Cheerleader gives it her all on AI.\u00a0 Dude.\u00a0 Total extensions.\u00a0 She looks good with long straight hair though.\u00a0 Again with the slow song though.. makes me want to fast forward really…\u00a0 she lost it a bit on that first “all by myself”\u00a0 But dude!\u00a0 That long note was fun.\u00a0 Is it just me, or did her song get cut ALOT shorter then the others??\u00a0 Randy says she did good, because it was the highest degree of difficulty.\u00a0 Paula mentions the trouble in the low parts, but the ending brought it home.\u00a0 Simon says it was a Diva song and you’ve got to be one heck of a singer to pull it off, and she’s not.\u00a0 She almost got it, but the song was too big.\u00a0 Damn!\u00a0 Simon slaps down Seacrest – something about knowing your limitations, and Seacrest slaps back.\u00a0 Seacrest sneaks in that Asia’h is still really sick this week, even though the others have for the most part nicely recovered.<\/p>\n Seacrest once against disses Simon on the exit, thanking the other two and ignoring Simon.\u00a0 I think there really is bad blood there, though admittedly, it could be an act for the camera.<\/p>\n So… who’s getting the ax?\u00a0 I say Amanda Overmyer and Alexandrea
