{"id":837,"date":"2007-11-14T11:53:30","date_gmt":"2007-11-14T16:53:30","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.yuriar.com\/wp\/?p=837"},"modified":"2007-11-14T11:53:30","modified_gmt":"2007-11-14T16:53:30","slug":"wfmw-turkey-day-dinner-tip","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yuriar.com\/katp\/2007\/11\/14\/wfmw-turkey-day-dinner-tip\/","title":{"rendered":"WFMW:  Turkey Day Dinner Tip"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>There is one thing that I have seen my mom do every year, that I plan to do this year to help with cooking a big turkey dinner.<\/p>\n<p>Labels.<\/p>\n<p>Make out a list ahead of time of what you will be serving (sure hope you did this to go shopping!).\u00a0 Use that list to make labels for the different pyrex and other assorted dishes you will be using to cook in.\u00a0 Then the night before, have all the cooking dishes ready, and labeled.\u00a0 Saves time when preparing because you&#8217;re not running in three different directions trying to find dishes and such.\u00a0 It will also help when your spouse or whoever comes over and says, &#8220;What can I do to help?&#8221;\u00a0\u00a0 You can point to a box of frozen veggies and a dish.\u00a0 &#8220;That goes there, micro for xx minutes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Also, wash as you cook.\u00a0 Start the morning with an empty sink and dishwasher.\u00a0 then as you finish using a utensil\/bowl\/dish rinse it out and put it into the dishwasher.\u00a0 You could probably run a load of pots and pans while you&#8217;re eating dinner, so that after dinner, you just empty the dishwasher while others clear the table, and then the dinner dishes go straight into the dishwasher, again.<\/p>\n<p>Hope that helps!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There is one thing that I have seen my mom do every year, that I plan to do this year to help with cooking a big turkey dinner.
