The house is decorated for Christmas. The trees are up. The turkey leftovers are almost gone. All in all, it was a great holiday weekend. For the first time ever I even put together a whole Thanksgiving meal! Although, we did ours the day after. *See New Holiday Traditions for more info on that!*

So… all that stress is over… You’d think I have a break til christmas time. not so. Between now and next March, all three children will have a birthday. Plus Christmas Eve, Christmas, New Years eve, New Years, and Valentines day. Plus! all four of my Angels have days between now and March. So I’ve got 2 major holidays to plan, at least two more trips up to my mom’s house, 4 birthday parties to plan (my oldest DS is having two parties, one for family and one for the neighbors), plus cupcakes to make for preschool, countless cookies to bake, presents to buy, presents to wrap. Projects to finsh. All this, plus three kids under age 5 to care for, and all the other daily crap. not to mention at least 4 days when I know I will feel like shit no matter what I do.

There are days, when briefly, just briefly, I wish I could blink and skip ahead to next March. But really, I would miss seeing my kids enjoy the holidays. *S*

Thanksgiving is over.
