The main  things I heard repeated throughout were &#8211; Adapt!  Make the system work for  you&#8230;  and Celebrate!  Every little accomplishment&#8230;. even as simple  as getting dressed&#8230;.  Celebrate it.  <\/font><\/p>\n<div \/>\n<div><font face=\"Century Gothic\">One statement  that really sticks in my head&#8230;  Kelly said &#8211; &#8220;We are not perfect.   BUT! We are better then we were.  That should be celebrated.&#8221;  True&#8230;  I don&#8217;t do the zones, or the missions&#8230;  or even the home blessing  hour.  but I have my routines in place, and my house is so much better then  it was before!  So I don&#8217;t have to beat myself up that I don&#8217;t do the zones  yet.  I can celebrate the fact that for the last 4 years, my couch has been  a place to sit, not a dumping ground.  I may not have gotten the hang of  Swish and Swipe&#8230;  and Laundry may be my downfall&#8230;.  BUT!  I  can celebrate the fact that I can open my door to the neighborhood, and that I  don&#8217;t have to crisis clean when company comes over&#8230;.
