{"id":640,"date":"2007-04-09T22:00:58","date_gmt":"2007-04-10T03:00:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.yuriar.com\/wp\/?p=640"},"modified":"2007-04-09T22:00:58","modified_gmt":"2007-04-10T03:00:58","slug":"newsflash-from-the-frontlines","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/yuriar.com\/katp\/2007\/04\/09\/newsflash-from-the-frontlines\/","title":{"rendered":"Newsflash from the Frontlines!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Brought to you by Hershey Chocolate Bunnies, and Diet Dr. Pepper:<\/p>\n<p>Newsflash:  Update from the front lines of Operation Tiny Effers (aka my war with the ants):<\/p>\n<p>I foamied the area under the baseboard in the office (it was literally crawling with ants! )  and added more carpet fresh to the second front, the base board in the living room (I want to avoid ripping it off is possible).<\/p>\n<p>No sign of the enemy since approx. 1500 hours (aka 3pm).<\/p>\n<p>However, the baseboard was held on by about 1\/2inch of caulk (the dang thing wasn&#8217;t even touching the wall) and the caulk removal did some heavy damage to the bottom 4-6 inches of wall. We are awaiting the next attack from the enemy.
