Man I wish I had a camera for that one… As I was driving to the store tonight, I saw a true SMIB (translation:Southern Maryland InBred) bumper sticker. This person had decided there was no reason to spend a few bucks on a fancy bumper sticker. After all, they had a computer at home. (Do you see where this is going?) So this person printed out the 5-7 slogans he wanted to place on the back of his pickup truck, and taped them to his tailgate. I swear I heard Jeff Foxworthy’s voice in my head…. “If you ever taped a piece of paper to the back of your truck and called it a bumper sticker…. You might be a redneck.”
That’s right. Computer paper, and scotch tape. the SMIB bumper sticker.
My favorite SMIB bumper sticker was one I saw a few years ago advertising for a taxidermist somewhere in the area ~
“You snuff ’em ~ We stuff ’em”
LOL!!! I used to go to school with this guy… He got the biggest kick out of answering the payphone in the hall “City Morgue. You kill ’em, we chill ’em.” I had no idea it was a bumper sticker! *S*
