Upbeat & Positive?

According to Sarah, our “Authentic self” is upbeat and positive.  Always cool, calm, and collected.  And if we are not, it’s cuz we haven’t allowed ourselves to accept changes and become this woman.

Meditation, bubble baths, bascially FLYing (Finally Loving Yourself for any non-FLYbabies out there), is how we get to become, or at least meet this positive and upbeat woman that resides deep within our soul….

Honestly…  I think maybe I have two halves….  I do have this positive upbeat woman… every once in a great while, when kids are behaving and the all the planets align, I actually become her.  Usually not long after, Life slaps me in the face, and I’m back to good ol’ me again.  The other half is my Brat, Kassandra…  Kassie acts just as bad as my 2yr old Diva of a daughter.  She is whiney, complains, and would rather spend the day playing on the computer then anything else.  What comes out as me is somewhere between the two.
