YouTube rick-rolling the world last April Fools was funny. Annoying, but funny. Foster’s Friends rick-rolling the Macy’s Day Parade was genius and hilarious. This… Ugh. I don’t know what’s worse, that the Speaker, or more likely someone on her staff, took the time to do this, or that there is a note that pops up telling people to google “rick-rolling” if they don’t get it.
